"The take off and landing was an adventure for me but once we got up there it was beautiful and quite peaceful. The booking was easy and someone was available by phone to answer all our questions. Unfortunately, we booked before there was a basket with a door available but the crew and even other passengers were extremely helpful in assisting us getting in and out of the basket. The basket is sectioned off, and the three of us were in one section together. It was an extremely tight fit with no room to move or turn around. Good thing there were glorious views from all sides. Loved that the pilot took pictures while we were up in the air and the champaign toast once we returned was a great way to top off the morning. Would highly recommend this experience."
