"I cannot say enough positive about our experience here. From the initial intake call to the nurse to the doctor, the care was top-notch. I called with a sense of urgency to make an appointment for my son, and the scheduling person was so kind, patient, understanding, and thorough. She actually took the time to locate my son's electronic records while on the phone with me in order to make the appointment. We saw Dr. Alicia Floyd, who each of my family members agreed was phenomenal. Great beside manner, great sense of humor for our teen son, thorough, intelligent, and kind. She took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel like a burden. We felt our son was in the best care. Highly recommend her!"
"My son and I saw Dr. Marc LeGras in May 2023. Despite the paperwork clearly stating that his father had passed away 7 years prior, he asked 3 different times about my late husband's CURRENT medical status and history. So he completely ignored us the 1st 2x when we said out loud that he had passed away. He also told us that my son looked like an adult size-wise and the only reason he would refer him to a specialist was due to his age, because his problem in adults would be seen as "idiopathic " and wouldn't even be investigated (although the AMA calls it "the silent killer" in adults. He also said if we had waited 7 months until his birthday, he wouldn't make the referral. As it turns out, he had a diagnosis that required treatment. In addition, he disagreed with 1 of his other diagnoses in his medical history that had nothing to do with why we were there. He made it clear that his problem was the Dr who made the diagnosis and put in the chart that in his opinion he doesn't think my son has that diagnosis (very unprofessional). I called the office and asked to have that sentence removed from his chart, and they refused. I wasn't even given the option to speak to the Dr about any of it."
"I met with Dr. Yamauchi as a follow up to come concerns around my son's heart health. She is professional, knowledgeable and provided us with immediate feedback on some of our results (additonal results to come after monitoring). The entire experience, from reception to checkout, was positive. The team has a well run organization with great staff. Thank you!!"
"Dr. Hoyer is an extremely talented cardiologist. Unfortunately, he relocated to Alaska. Quite frankly, I’m not surprised. His replacement , Dr. Urbanelli also seems very qualified and caring. Unfortunately, access to long -term care is extremely limited. Chronic over scheduling is a problem and it takes at least five months to get in. If my daughter needed urgent care it would have to be from the emergency room. The front office is a hot mess. Refuses to schedule appointments when we can make it. Refuses to return calls, EVER. The Physicians and surgeons are brilliant and talented. The continuing care model post surgery is absolutely not a priority. I recommend you switch follow up care after the surgery."
