"I went in with my boyfriend as a support person and we saw Dr. Raymond HAUSCH, He spent a lot of time with us, and he seemed to really care as he had researched my boyfriends file before we got there & he went over the files and tests when we sat there, and it honestly didn’t seem like we were seeing a doctor, It seemed like we were seeing a man that cared that had a lot of medical information at his fingertips. Honestly one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen in all my years and all medical fields."

"I initially requested to be referred here as I did not like my previous rheumatologist. After my referral was sent I tried to contact the office a few times before I finally was able to get ahold of the referrals department. Once I finally made contact I was informed my referral was denied but they would not tell me why, only that “your doctor will have that info”. I contacted my primary and she had not been given that information at all. After some looking into it, it was denied because my “levels weren’t high enough”. I completed new lab work and we found I have additional concerns so a new referral was sent over. I have now been denied again. The office does not contact you as to why you are denied. There is zero communication from them. I don’t understand how an office can assume a patient doesn’t need to be seen without even having a consultation with them. Working in the medical field for 10+ years, I find this very unprofessional."
