"I don't usually write negative reviews, but since this hits a little too close to home with the death of my two brothers and the diagnosis of Stage 3 ovarian cancer in my mother the last year, I felt the need to do this. I have called and left several messages with this counselor to set up an appointment for grief counseling and have NOT received one phone call, email or text message back from her. I am hoping to give her the benefit of the doubt and maybe she has been on vacation this past week? But one would think that would be made clear on her office voicemail? Doesn't seem to be a very good way to run a successful business to me. I will be looking elsewhere for my grief counseling needs. It's a shame because her credentials seemed like a perfect fit for me."
