"Terrible experience. Ghetto place . They have stuff all over in the room where they “drew” my blood. The lady who drew my blood very clearly did not know what she was doing at all. I have NEVER had an issue getting my blood drawn. Ever. I get my blood drawn frequently because I am pregnant. She stabbed my left arm first - to the side of my arm might I add and there was no blood coming out clearly because she didn’t get the vein so she started moving the needle around in my arm as if that would make the blood flow. She clearly didn’t get my vein so then she proceeded to stick the needle into my right arm. She then started moving the needle around and said the blood is coming very slow. She then claimed she could only fill one tube not the 2nd tube and that she could request a new kit from the lab or she could send in the one tube she got and hope they will accept the one tube. This was extremely unprofessional. She clearly did not know what she was doing at all! I’m very frustrated and disappointed with this experience and I will never go back to this lab again. I am on a time limit with the blood sample being needed and going to this lab was a waste of my time . They need to hire people who actually know how to draw blood."

"This place is horrible. They received my drug test results for new employment on January 12th and they still haven’t contacted my employer with the results. Last Friday it was due to weather why they haven’t emailed the results. Every day I have called this week they answer and lie and tell me they are emailing or calling them right now and then my employer hears nothing. It’s January 26th now and they still have yet to contact them. I have to look for other work now since it doesn’t seem like they are going to ever contact them."

"For my experience I was able to set up appointment 45min before they closed made it to my appointment about 20 before closing and there were no wait time and no one in front of me. I literally was in and out before I knew it was completed. Best experience I have had in my entire life and for that I had to break out the 5 star for appreciation and completion in a timely manner. Great job Smart Labs for providing a Superior service."
