"I just spent a month and about FIVE trips back and forth to try to have this place solve problems with my hearing aids. One visit was in person for about an hour. I became disgusted with the failure to solve the problems and found another provider in Oregon City. It took the new provider today no time to discover that there was a hearing aid dome stuck in my left ear and a huge wax buildup behind it. No wonder my hearing aids were not working well. I will not go back to this provider! At the in person visit I had a Willamette Falls Audiology, the least she could have done was check my ears for obstructions that prevented the hearing aides from working correctly! Now I have to have a medical appointment to clean all the wax that built up behind the dome. Also, when I called the nurse to try to tell the hearing doctors about this terrible experience, the nurse insisted that even though the doctors in this office refer patients to Willamette Falls Audiology, it is independent so the doctors could apparently care less about what kind of service patients get from Audiology. I will also be finding a different group of doctors if they do not care what kind of service or more like non-service comes from the Audiology department."

"If the customer service were equal to the quality of the product, this would be the only place in town to get hearing aids. Alas, it is not. Very nice product; very poor customer service. Once the sale seemed to be complete, they were done with me. I had to call them back when I arrived home to get the name of the manufacturer of the hearing aid - I was told that they had forgotten to give me that information, but I could just do the research on line. At that point I decided that between the cost of the product and the poor service I would do some more product research, and notified Willamette Falls Audiology of this decision. The other product I tried, however, did not work as well, so I called back and left a message that I would like to revisit the Willamette Falls product. I never heard back from them. There are companies in Portland that give you 6 months to return their hearing aids if you are not satisfied; Willamette Falls Audiology gives you 30 days. Good Luck. John Engle."
