"Dr Ives and his team made me feel so welcome. There were no judging eyes, no cold empty walls, no waiting alone in a small room for the sturn doctor with clipboard to arrive. Everyone had a smile and the office had that "welcome home" feeling. The open cabin feel was so relaxing and the woodstove had been warming the whole place, filling it with that "winter vacation in a cabin" smell. And his puppy walking around getting pets from anyone who will give them. Love this kind of office visit, I will absolutely be back!"
