"Marilyn Hargett aka Sophia at New narrative is the worst prescriber I have ever had and that's saying a lot cuz I live in Portland. I told her I could not sleep and I had sleep issues and she suggest that I should do a sleep study instead of recommending medication that is her job. Then never got me to sleep study. Would not recommend going here."
"I understand that there are a lot of people that are in need of help at this time. I am one of the people. I called on 7/12/23, 8/3/23, 8/16/23, and 8/25/23. Each time I called I was forwarded to voice-mail. So i left my name, my phone number, I stated that I would like to get on the waitlist, I gave my OHP member number, and I explained that I had been calling attempting to get a call back. I never got one. I really tried. I did everything they asked and they just ignored me. So I give you a 1 star only because I can't give you 0 stars. What a waste of time."
"Condescending, back handed compliments, tone deaf, picky about who they help; if you aren't sickly sweet or have a problem they will not go out of their way to fix the problem, infact quite the opposite. "Born homeless; die homeless" is the way I feel they treat invisible issues they don't understand Adding on the name literally sounds like a HR friendly way of gaslighting someone."
"They encouraged my son to stop taking his medications for his mental health. Yes, the worker convinced him he's perfectly fine without his medications, so my son stopped taking them. He has a lifetime of medical records showing he is not okay and requires those meds to avoid things like suicide attempts... He's now missing, I don't know if he's alive or dead."
"For two years I have been trying to end the service of Spot Security with no luck, I have sent two registered letters they come back saying can't be delivered with this address, its the same address as on the web. I don't know how many times I have called its either busy or it has been disconnected and sometimes it just won't ring. The sad thing about it is we have not had a home phone for two years, not to mention two years of paying fourth dollars you do the math. I guess I will see you on channel 7 with Jessie. by the way that star is a minus"
