"Nick Wilkins is truly one of the good ones. If you're in the Portland area and looking for someone to heal you, I don't think you could be in better hands than his. After almost a year of searching for an answer for my array of neck symptoms, with no answer, Nick was the first provider I saw who was confident that he could get me back to feeling normal again within 2-3 months. Not just better -- normal. I was hopeful, and after 3 months of working with Nick, over a year after my initial injury, I'm finally feeling like my old self again. After multiple doctors and surgeons told me I’d have to get used to new hobbies and “learn to love the new me,” I’m 99.9% back to normal, and I have the tools to keep getting better. Nick literally saved me from an unnecessary disc replacement surgery, and potentially from a lifetime of pain and disability. Words can’t explain how thankful I am for that. "This is the best place to go for your physical therapy needs. Im a retired RN and have worked with many physical therapists. These people are the very best! I had a total knee replacement in May and feel bad that I couldn’t get my phone to work do I could leave a review before today. The staff that Nick (owner and physical therapist) has put together is some of the best I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and working with for my full recovery. He is a kind, caring, understanding, and a smart man. He hires the same kind of people. They as positive, approachable, caring, good listeners and just wonderfully nice. You can tell they really care about you the patient and person. (just like Nick). My knee is doing wonderfully and they told me (as did my Dr.) that I probably wouldn’t be able to kneel but I can! Working up to longer times buts it’s so nice to get down on the floor with my granddaughter and to do stretches and exercise! Thank you to Nick and his great team!!!❤️"

"I am so so so happy to say that my pain is completely gone. Beyond that Nick and his whole crew has helped me to be stronger in so many ways. I went from having so much pain each time I had to do a certain movement at work to being the one who takes on those intensive tasks for others to give them a break. I’ve learned a ton about how to keep joints and muscles happy and even am able to train my employees on ways to keep their bodies safe from injury at work. This is my first time doing physical therapy and I have no idea why I hadn’t started earlier. Truly stoked! My tennis elbow is basically gone even while continuing the aggravating motion daily! He has helped with the pain and also to build muscle so I can continue doing my job!"
