"Cole was friendly, courteous, and professional. He was very thorough and I did not feel rushed. It was my pleasure to meet him."
"Brandon was awesome, very personable and caring. I received an injection and wasn't aware that it was completed due to his skill of administering abilities."
"Brandon: The shots went well with only a tiny little bleeding. This time the stiffness was much greater than any shots before. Still better than surgery or hurting. Will see you again in six months. Have a great spring & summer. LaVerne Bauer"
"The physician’s assistant was terrific - knowledgeable, personable, and patient with my questions. The medical assistant, on the other hand, was less impressive. He simply asked me what my weight (which I wasn’t sure of) and height were, instead of measuring them, and later on resistant to recognizing that the large-size sling he first brought me was obviously too big to fit my elbow (which the medium I left with does quite well). He could also could have saved both of us some time if he’d given me the illustrated instruction sheet on how to put the sling on as soon as I started having trouble doing it, instead of waiting until I was ready to leave."
"Dr. Fienblat gave me a steroid shot in my right knee so it will help me walk better. He was great. The last shot I had was 6 months ago when Amy Winter gave me the shot. Parking at the clinic is always a problem. They have blocked off several handicap parking spots and you have to go around the hospital several times to find a parking space. They need more parking available for patients and handicap spaces."
