"My husband's doctor sent him to this hospital to have a few tests done because they were able to schedule him much faster than the VA hospital on the hill. The appointment was scheduled quickly, the service was fine, and the test results came back quickly. Unfortunately, the hospital didn't think the amount the VA paid toward the bill was enough. We all know the bill was inflated anyway. But, instead of choosing to write off the $130.00 difference the hospital sent the balance owing to collections. Shame on you Providence. You should take better care of our veterans."

"It’s not that I was a patient there but the rudeness of a couple people I’ve talked to and the unprofessionalism everything from trying to make a complaint for a patient who’s been in for three months not getting the help that she needs getting someone to call me never answering the questions that I had getting someone now regarding mail. I sent the patient a card over a week and a half ago. Patient has never received it, flip it response from the person that answered me you want me to make a card and give it to her and say it’s from you just like unprofessional"

"Just left my nuclear test appointment because I was told it would be 20 minutes longer than normal. And within three seconds I was told it would be 30 minutes longer. I knew something was up and it was going to be longer than even the 30 minutes. I was told I could wait in the waiting room and let the nurse know I was uncomfortable because I’m compromised and no one is wearing masks. She told me I could stay in the radiation room? I told her I would rather wait in my car and SHE DECIDED to take the IV out because she said she didn’t think I would be coming back. I have been fasting since 7 AM and at that point it was five hours. I am diabetic, and these people didn’t seem to care. My time is just as valuable as the employees at Willamette Falls."

"I have horrible opinions on the emergency room here. But my dad passed away in ICU here last month and the nurses were all pretty amazing. I believe we had a nurse in the ICU named Jessica and she was awesome and my whole family loved her. There was one nurse who was very rough and rude about things but overall the staff in ICU were wonderful & provided snacks, water, and coffee for our family. This hospital also helped find my dad’s cancer a few years prior to him passing away. So I give them props for that."

"My daughter transferred here and the staff has been wonderful. Not only did they take care of my baby girl but they allowed me to stay in the hospital 2 nights in a row due to me not being able to afford a hotel. The head of the unit my daughter is in bought me breakfast, the nurses gathered up snacks to make sure I had a lunch. An overnight receptionist even brought me a drink in the middle of the night. The kindness this hospital has shown my daughter and I will never be forgotten. Thank you Providence for giving excellent care to patients and families!"
