"No organization and very bad follow through. Our clinician was extremely inexperienced. One time our clinician was in a training and they forgot to tell us. When we got there instead of owning up to their mistake and rescheduling us they had us sit and hang out with another clinician in hopes we could meet her. We thought thought we were doing another intake but they were just buying time and didn’t tell us until the end. Then our actual clinician called to do another phone intake. We had to repeat the exact same intake process 3 times. I was in connection with a manager about the horrid experience we had and thought it was going well she told me to leave a message and she would have the new location call me back After 3 weeks I got a return call. We switched practices. Now we just received a small bill for the first time for one missed copay that is from December- 7 months ago. With a notice that it’s significantly past due etc. I called and they apologized and said they didn’t know that printed on the bills. They’re behind and that’s the first one they’ve sent. Go somewhere else that actually cares about patients and their families."
