She was really great in preparing me for the procedure and following up afterwards. Her bedside manner, or the way she still treats you like a person, and takes time to talk with you, can be a rare experience these days. I'm guessing because surgeons are so busy. "Dr. Moy is truly a rockstar, he is probably the kindest, funniest, and most efficient doctor I've ever had. I came in for a toe procedure/surgery and I was extremely nervous, and Dr. Moy and his technicians made me feel very supported and walked me through the process every step of the way. Also, I apparently metabolize the local anesthetic injections very fast, so I had to get many, many injections and wait a long time to actually be able to become fully numb before he could do the surgery. But Dr. Moy made me feel like everything was okay, and made me feel comfortable. He made sure I was 100% numb and not in pain before proceeding, and when I was finally numb, he had to do the surgery at lightning speed on me before the pain killers wore off, all while distracting me with some funny stories, making me forget I was getting surgery. He seriously did the procedure in less than 5 minutes on both of my feet, and they feel much better already. I felt very comfortable in Dr. Moy's capable hands. He also has a beautiful, calming, clean and comfortable office with beautiful artwork. I will go back to Dr. Moy for all of my "extremity" needs! :) Thanks again Dr. Moy!"
