"This was my 4th colonoscopy with The Oregon Clinic. The outcome was good (just one polup) but the experience could have been better. I was awakened by the CRNA back in my room. My spouse (a PACU RN) was NOT at my bedside, yet had been assured that she would be 'allowed' to be there after the procedure. I remember well being given a post-op summary by the MD after being awake from my previous procedures, but this time that didn't happen. The CRNA ended up going over this with me. My wife was upset when I was escorted out to the waiting room without her having been brought back to the recovery room to not only be with me, but to also hear the post-op results and instructions."

Proceed to tell me I need a referral, told her I had one and she hung up or was disconnected. Never called me back...cool beans."
