"The doctor I saw told me a “joke” about death right after I shared some fears. She was condescending about the vitamins I take, even though later on she realized I needed them. She also asked me which antibiotic I thought would be best. Finally, the office wouldn’t give me a tele health appointment (I was super sick with a cough), and then the doctor chastised me for coming in."

"I just attended this clinic as a new patient. This is the last time I will go to the clinic. I saw the provider, Hannah Christiensen. I went in there because of chronic fatigue that has been severe for several months. This is not my first time with this issue and given my medical conditions, it won't be the last time. When I went to this clinic last in 2015 they prescribed a medication for me to help with this problem. I went in there today and she told me that she wasn't comfortable with it and looked at me like I was asking for something diabolical. It was on the documents that she had in her hand from her own clinic of what they had previously prescribed me. I did not appreciate the attitude I got for asking for this medication they themselves had previously given nor do I appreciate getting the runaround with blood work and test. It's a waste of my money and insurance. Sometimes, it maybe beneficial to listen to patients when they are speaking. If you don't want to prescribe the meds, okay. That's all that needs to be said. However, you know absolutely nothing about my condition and barely took any background, but I've only been living this 35 yrs, what do I know? This organization has a problem with rudeness. Terrible experience and really lacks knowledge of chronic fatigue. Edit: they said they would call me to discuss. They haven't. Lies."

"I recently switched care from Kaiser and tried out NW primary care and had a horrible experience… so I switched to Pacific medical group because I know Hannah Christensen from high school - she is such a kind, thorough, caring provider. She is detailed and cautious, but also very supportive and willing to work with me in alternative therapies and treatments I am pursuing. She is responsive and very knowledgeable and health from both a western medicine and holistic approach. I am so grateful to have switched care and highly recommend her!"

I have been a patient for 13 years but was still refused this service because I forgot my insurance card on one visit. I will never go there again. "It is a rare event that I go to see a doctor. But with new insurance and the fact I had prescriptions running out I chose a doctor at this clinic and went. Easy to find on a main road. Quite a bit of convenient parking. Comfortable seating area that was not very crowded. Limited wait time for both going back to the room and then waiting for the doctor to arrive. Since I so rarely see a doctor there was a whole lot to talk about, and I am pretty certain I made Dr Magsarili late for his next appointment. But we covered a very wide range of items. And very much like the reviews I had read about the doctor he was thorough, knowledgeable, and pretty driven to leave no stone unturned in making sure I took care of the things my previous doctor had let lapse. So at this point I have a very positive impression of both the organization as well as the facility. I might actually do some of the tests I likely should have done 15-20 years ago."
