"$80 and they did nothing, acknowledge they did nothing, but offered no refund I had a stomach ulcer and underarm rash. The Stomach ulcer made me sweat more which caused the initial rash, Omeprazole can cause an overgrowth of yeast and so this also made the rash worse initially. Treating my underarm rash was more complicated because of that, These are all things that I learned on my own I self treated for 4 months , with 1% lotrimin ( this med cannot kill a fungus, it just prevents it from growing) I then took butenafine (actually can kill a fungus) ..... and it was working but not quickly, so I decided to go to urgent care. For the ulcer I started with PepcidAC (cannot heal an ulcer) ...... then switched to omeprazole because I learned that it (can heal an ulcer) In both cases I started with a weaker medication and then upgraded to something more serious I asked her if it was possible that the fungus was shedding as I was applying deodorant and making the rash worsen... I had already told her that I switched to a natural spray deodorant because of this..... but she told me to stick with the deodorant that rolls on.. which was incorrect advice as well Instead of offering something new or something stronger, the doctor prescribed the same meds I initially started with that ( cannot actually heal the ulcer or rash.... I spent $80 to be in the same exact place? My cat could have diagnosed me more effectively, I treated myself more effectively.. It feels like someone stole my money.. I personally cannot imagine using their Urgent Care again and I would strongly recommend you not either. Look at how many one star reviews they have, I would not give them your money"

"Basically you are treated as a whiney supplicant who has not begged enough for their help. The nurse practitioner I spoke with briefly would not even look my medical records there. Sydney Thompson was much more concerned with her own emotional needs in my not giving her the deference required for her to condescend to address my urgent, but not necessarily emergent medical care. Apparently this operation is designed to deflect patient care while appearing to address patient concerns. In other words they do nothing and will not physically see you, order labs or even attempt appropriate medical redirection of care. They apparently are so emotionally sensitive that if the patient verbally expresses any distress regarding their medical condition, they consider it abusive to themselves as medical professionals. This is a curious and odd behavioral issue, in that they require so much praise and encouragement prior to their even addressing patient medical care. Perhaps it is a generational issue or a resentment of older patients in the OK Boomer mode. The disrespect is apparent and dangerous."
