"I was disappointed that I didn’t get to finish this program but was incredibly grateful for the time I spent here. I unfortunately needed a higher level of care than PHP but the month I was at this location was spent in kind and caring arms. My team truly wanted the best for me every single minute of being there (whether my ed liked it or not) and these clinicians immediately met me where I was at. The staff were all incredible and so were the other clients. A major shoutout to the BEST dietician Sam, Paige for being on my side, and so many other lovely people that stood by me. This place is wonderful and I hope anyone looking for help comes here:)"

"Pretty disappointed with my experience with this facility. I tried getting in for treatment in March/April of 2021. Was told that it would be a 4-6 week wait for intake. I told them that was fine and I could wait that long. Every week I would get an update on where I was within the waitlist. And every week it would be the same. A 4-6 week wait which was chronically subject to change. But realistically would never change. I asked if I could get a better idea of when intake would be as I had to schedule things with work to take time off as I wouldn’t be able to work at all. Well, now it’s July, I never was put into intake even though the facility felt that partial hospitalization was necessary. I could be dead by now and it wouldn’t really matter to the facility I suppose because then I’d just end up in an ER and wouldn’t be their problem anymore. But I basically had to self treat and gave up on getting into this facility and getting treatment. I’m eating again but it’s not because of this place, that’s for sure. I’ve been told by others with ED that getting into these types of facilities is difficult but it really shouldn’t be. People should be able to access treatment and clearer communication on how long intake can actually take."

"Absolutely awful, completely unprepared and unequiped to deal with mental health. I went through 4 different therapists in the span of 6 weeks because they kept firing them and quitting. Is more limiting than benifitial."

"My niece was put into quarantine, where she was denied the opportunity to participate in groups via Zoom, and ignored (she had to yell to remind staff to give her her medication) for days. Effectively, she was placed in solitary confinement for multiple days. In the processing group, when it was her turn, she tried to describe how this isolation and neglect had affected her. The counselor told her that this wasn't the right group for that. She responded "this is the processing group, and this is what I'm processing." She was then cut off by the counselor and told she was being disrespectful. She left. The counselor followed her, and continued to harangue her about being disrespectful. And, as a result of an emotionally distraught teenager being repeatedly provoked by this staff member and ordered to come into compliance in a way that is not possible when one is emotionally distraught, she was kicked out. Clearly there are systemic issues with the training, temperament, and competence of the staff at this facility. I would highly recommend staying away from this facility until they've taken stock of their situation and made significant efforts to get their house in order."
