This place is located in a hospital complex and your medical bills will have outrageous facility fees added on since they count this place as part of the Milwaukee Hospital. Save yourself a lot of money and headache and go anywhere else besides here. They will charge you hundreds of dollars just to teach you PT workouts to do at home and you could be going anywhere else besides here and receive better care for much less of the cost."

"Soonest appointment a could get was about three weeks after I hurt my shoulder. Just wanted to check it out to make sure I didn't hurt anything major. I waited for around 3 weeks so I could get it checked out with my insurance. I thought my appointment was at 4:30, it was actually for 4:15, my fault for not double checking on the time. However, I walked in at 4:22, they said I was too late. I would have to wait until next week. So 7 minutes is already too late. WOW! Quite unbelievable."

"Sharon Zehender has been seeing my husband for possible tennis elbow of both arms. She has been so patient and understanding of his situation, always ready to listen to us never judgmental or assuming at all. This is such a stressful process for us full of pain and uncertainty. She does whatever she can to relax his arms and really explains the exercise to him so that he understands why it’s so important to do it right. We have had experience with pt before for his knee but that pt was nothing compared to Sharon. If you need pt then ask for her and you will get the best treatment. FYI, the receptionists are also always friendly as well."

"I went in for an evaluation, was charged $388 and left with the advice to keep my leg straighter at work. I went to this place because it said sports rehab, I am physically active and received an acute injury at the gym. I knew what the injury was had it confirmed by my doctor, then the pt kept on trying to tell me it was anything, but what was hurting me, as if he wanted to discover something. I was not given any rehab exercises any type of prognosis or schedule for recovery. At least my doctor gave me a handout with exercises to do, worst pt I've ever been to."

"The most dis-interested, least thorough PT I've ever had. Went here after I moved to the area, after going to another providence location. Here I was only given 1-2 exercises for a root cause that didn't align with what the two other PT places I had been before and after this location did. Both other PT places gave me 4-6 exercises for a different root cause, did soft tissue treatment, and checked the technique on my exercises to ensure I was progressing. The appointments at this location lasted about 15 minutes did not include any sort of treatment during the appointment or analysis of my technique to be sure I was doing it correctly. Blatant patient mill."
