"Don't waste your money or time. Labwork will not be ordered because "the appt is too short" and "you don't need any". No antibiotics because "no evidence of infection" which she can tell by pressing on your gums with a used glove on. And antibiotics will be denied to prevent resistant germs. Who cares that you suffer from a tooth infection which can be fatal. And if you think your kidneys may be shutting down from the infection, then of course you can get a urine test for a UTI. Results are great but we will culture it so you can spend more money on that you really don't need and didn't ask for..."

"Quick evaluation. I was well cared for by staff. But follow-up care has been terrible.. Test results were not found on “My Chart” as promised. It is impossible to access a human being on the digital platform. Cannot even send a message to request the result. Phone calls are not returned. If this is the direction medicine is heading we are all in trouble."

"While Urgent Care by nature can be crowded due to people walking in, this provider has an option to save your place in line ahead of time. At 11:00 am I reserved a 3:30 pm time and arrived on time. The Walk-in wait time was 120-140 minutes. At 4:30, I still hadn't been called. And, yet when they took me back, I appreciated the excellent service. When they couldn't reach my pharmacy, they offered to call prescriptions in the next morning and then call me to update."
