"Showed up for an appointment that was at 11:30, I was a few minutes late. I paid for the work out of pocket about $300. Lady came out saying they can't help me because I was late and that the nurse had another place to be at 11:45. They didn't know when they could re schedule me. Very upset with the kind of service they have. Who schedules a person at 11:30 and another patient at 11:45."
"Avoid the Walk-In Clinic today if you have other options. I arrived early and before they opened to avoid a long wait time. Only one person ahead of me and it has already been 2.5 hours and I am still sitting in the waiting area. Apparently they have a “New System” and only one doctor…."
"Friendly, and kinda quick to call back with results. However, when it come to prescribing medication for the medical problems i was just called and inform you about, their wonderful staff aren’t diligent enough to realize you have to prescribe ALL the issues that need meds, medication. So be prepared to call their office and have to wait for another call back to talk to the dr to make sure they do their job right, the 2nd time. Seriously believe all walla walla drs were the -c students in med school. If you want good medical care, walla walla isnt it."
"I’ll start this off by saying Dr Hardy is amazing... I wish I could give him, the receptionist Rachel and Dr Hardy’s nurse(red haired lady? Can’t remember her name) 10 stars and everyone else 0... it started with my first apt there after my son was stillborn. I had been seen in tricities that pregnancy but delivered him here via csection with dr Hardy. That went as good as it could. But my first apt the nurse had no idea! She asked how my baby was and if I was breast feeding... didn’t even read my chart.. no idea her name but she was older and slim.. that brought me to tears.... The reception is rude! I had a receptionist belittle my concerns of my 40 week stillbirth and desire for more regular appointments this pregnancy by saying "ill put in a note to the nurse you want more apts becuase of a miscarriage..?. " they are not even remotely the same thing. they also argue my need to not see otber providers in the practice because they dont take the time to read over my history seeing me either. dr yanke was so rude to me, belittled my loss as well saying well atleast its a girl this time since boys tend to be the ones who die more often...saying there was no need for more regular apts and nst ... just horrible and so insensitive... dr hardy is so caring and wonderful. i wish all OBs had the heart he does. some of these others shouldnt be in healthcare"
"I saw Dr. Harding a little over two weeks ago. He was very professional and listened to my concerns. I started a new medication that made me extremely dizzy. His nurse was extremely caring and made sure I was okay the whole visit. She brought me out a fan and a cup of water! I thought about finding a doctor in the tri Cities, before this visit, because of how booked up the woman's clinic is but they sure changed my mind!"
