"My Mom is 96 years old. She was referred to Dr. Joel Robert's. She had a simple form that she took with her to an appointment. He neglected to take 5 minutes to go over the form with her. Thus now 3 weeks later we are waiting for a call to pick the form up that we had to drop off again. My complaint is that this form should have been dealt with at her appointment. I think timely manner is a good idea."
"Every time I go to or call any kind of doctor, I go or call because I am seeking preventive, maintenance, or emergency medical care. I do not go to be belittled and berated and have things explained to me as if I have the cognitive abilities of an average four-year-old child who has no concept of researching and knowing very well their own condition. I do not call and ask why something is wrong in my chart, with prescriptions and referrals and prior authorizations, only to be told that a medical provider’s massive errors are somehow my fault and cannot be corrected, ever, even when the problem is urgent. I do not see medical providers so that they can treat me poorly, both socially and medically, simply because my insurance card indicates that my income is low. I do not see medical providers to have my thoughts, feelings, words, intelligence and experience invalidated; to have a provider run roughshod over the reality that is me, their patient. I do not see medical providers to have a provider invent and chart their very own imagined version of me, and treat the new imaginary patient in the room, who has every negative implicitly biased assumption made and attached to them by the provider, who just happens to look like me and has the same name and birthdate as I do, as if the imaginary patient were a glob of fecal matter on the provider’s nice shoes that the imaginary patient can’t afford. But the imaginary patient is just that; imaginary. So, when the real patient is treated, they are treated by the provider, and even the receptionists, just like one would treat real, fresh, warm, sticky fecal matter on the soles of a pair of the medical provider’s real, authentic, brand new, luxury-branded white shoes. Please remember, Providence Family Medicine; do no harm before you do no good. The Hippocratic Oath is the least you could do. And you didn’t."
"We moved here from St George Ut last year, so we have a perspective of comparison of healthcare systems. Providence fails on many levels here, systemic poor management. The key to care here is patient persistence, not Providence. Your care depends on your own advocacy, every step of the way."
"I've had numerous visits with Dr. Morasch at this facility. I'm extremely pleased with his knowledge, care and professionalism. Receptionist and staff have always been friendly and do whatever needs doing. I would definitely recommend."
"They don't have their paper work in order. The 'receptionist and back office nurses are rude. They mess up blood work and when u call to talk to your doctor about an important matter they totally disregard the importance of the situation. There very unprofessional"
