"I needed to reschedule a podiatrist appointment. The front desk person I talked to was rude and condescending. This would have been my first time going to the Walla Walla Clinic. Nope. Didn’t go. First impressions are everything. If the receptionist is rude then who’s to say the doctor is any better."

"I’ve been a patient here for five years. From seeing urgent care, to biopsies, to trying to schedule a regular checkup, I’ve been told “we’re going to call you back”. Never once have they called me back when they said they would, not even to share important lab results. I’ve had encounters on the phone and in person that the person or nurse helping me was actually hostile towards me trying to get the most simple things, like having stitches removed. Not a very professionally managed clinic and lots of bad customer service."

"Called in at 9 am to see if appointment was recommended, waited on hold for 20 minutes before saying that it wasn’t necessary. Drove in from out of town, was told that we should have made an appointment and that it would be a three hour wait. We waited and we’re finally put into a cell. We have been waiting 45 minutes and counting (had nothing better to do than review), and still yet to see a doctor. Typical for this clinic, sadly I think providence did better even though they ignore your complaint at least it’s a doctor doing so and not a snotty receptionist."

She is a great listener, and seems to really care and strive to do the best for her patients. She is now my primary doctor, and I hope she is the last primary doctor I ever have Highly recommended"

Dr. Bauer is an incredible listener, I always feel heard, respected, and like she really cares. It hasn't been easy finding medical support that feels safe and trustworthy here in Walla Walla but I've really found it."
