"Lina Dorfmeister M.D. has been the most amazing doctor at pin pointing my pain and doing my injections. She has been a God sent to me. after over 20 plus years of fighting with doctors trying to point out what hurts and getting results has been a challenge, until I met her. Dr. Lina Dorfmeister. She has taken the time to hear my concerns. Go through my records and treat me properly.. She has shown me great compassion and empathy, through this time, when I really needed it. I am grateful that they come to Roseburg now. To save me the long drive when I'm in pain. I would definitely recommend her and her staff to my family and friends. Her staff is also amazing. They have been kind, passionate and willing to help and go to extra mile to get me out of pain which is more than any other doctor/doc office, in a very long time. I thank you Lina and staff."
"If I had a choice of no stars, I would do so, they NEVER answer the phones, treat people like addicts and send them home crying. My husband went here hoping to get help with his pain, due to a coma for 2.5 months, waking up to not being able to move a muscle and now bearly walking with pain. He tried to explain what works best and what he needs and they sent him home, stating he needs to try different methods, on their terms and no even refilling his meds. They don't even call back for even doing that, to refill prescriptions. Bad place to go, don't recommend at all."
"I have done everything needed I'm in therapy I'm seeing Drs on a regular basis and no one wants to help me. No one wants to help. I'm done. I wish I could do the death with dignity. Telling me the disease I have is mainly in those twice my age?! And I'm being told to be in therapy. And I am. I am in therapy twice a week"
"I've been dealing with this DOC in a box, since the beginning of the first year. Lina Dwarfmeister. RN playing doctor. There is no way I would recommend this place to any individual with a pain management or a depression/anxiety problems looking for serious help. Makes up some type of routine for pain med and other meds doesn't stick to it. Always a week or two behind my time to pick my meds up on a monthly basis. 3 hour drive to her clinic told 20 minutes from the door I don't have a appointment today. Basically dealing with a person that doesn't care about you but actually acts like she does. Talks a great game. problem is results actually matter in the real world and when you have to fight and argue to get anything across to her. Unbelievable, I wish you luck, you want to believe a pain doctor is going to help you. But over half the insurance CO's, won't pay for it and they don't pay for a lot of the meds so it's hard but, I would keep looking. trust me I don't fill these things out unless it's a one or a five."
"I really want to like this clinic and Lena really knows her stuff… but twice now I’ve been scheduled for an appointment, received a reminder call AND texts, confirmed…then showed up and the office was closed. The medication refill line is a great idea, but they do not respond in a timely manner. You don’t get calls back consistently either. It feels like they have grown too big too fast, and skipped a lot of Customer Service steps along in the way."
