"Since Margaret Franklin retired, the clinic is frustrating. I have seen 5-6 other people but not my new PCP. I can not get my scripts renewed for more than a month at a time and the last 2 months my most important script has been 20 days late. Talked to 5 people in 7 days, always assured it will be sent in. Horrible patient care at this point. I love this clinic and will give them 2 more months- tops"

"It was amazing until it wasn’t. The folks who work here are all really good but you’re only as good as your team. Like many clinics these days, they are running a slim crew for the load excepted of them. If a provider takes leave (which happened here) the ability to serve their community is extremely compromised. If you are going to have to drive into Eugene for diagnostic services and then wait for days to get results from an overworked crew, might as well just get a provider in Eugene."
