"Mrs. Ferguson is great to see if you want pills for issues you do not have. If you need a medical professional that looks into patient history and does a thorough exam prior to issuing prescriptions, this is not the care provider for you."

"First visit to establish care went very well. Mrs Lambardi FNP sat down made great eye contact and answered all my questions. I had quite a laundry list and didn't expect to have so much completed in one visit. I'm accustomed to California were you see a specialist for any problem. At North Bend Medical Clinic, Mrs Lambardi took care of my medications, ordered labs and took a look at me like a "one stop shop". Knowing that I didn't have insurance yet her staff were very knowledgeable about ways to save me money. Im very pleased thus far with the clinic and staff. Thank you"

"What a horrible experience. I saw Dr. Limbarty in April, it was my first time going to this clinic. I went for a routine physical. My visit was a joke she didn't have good bed side manner at all was rude and everything I asked her about she said I needed to talk to another doctor and she would put in for a referral. She didn't explain anything or try to help me understand what was going on. I just received a bill in the mail they won't code my visit as a physical saying it was establishing care and my insurance doesn't cover. I went in for a physical and now I am stuck with a bill because the clinic doesn't say it was a physical. I called them to see what they billed for and the the receptionist was very rude and transfered me ( I knew needed to happen was upset about it). Finally talked to billing the had the coders look at it again, it she called me back a few hours later said there wasn't much they could do but took a little off the bill the doctors office needed to change it to a physical. They refuse to change it to a physical. The staff are rude and very unpleasant to deal with. I would not recommend anyone to go here. My visit was terrible the staff and rude and they don't communicate what you should expect."

"Dr. Keller and staff at the Myrtle Point office are awesome!!! Most doctors I’ve seen gave me 5 minutes of their time. Doctor Keller gave me a full 30 minutes and helped me figure out a plan on an insulin schedule for my type 1 diabetes. It’s a small office, but I think that’s what makes it good. The doctors and staff actually care about you."
