"Usually I have no problems here but with the recent winter storm, it was impossible to find out when they were open. Tried calling but was directed to website, which just listed normal hours. Twice I showed up at normal opening only to find them closed. Take some time to answer patients' phone calls! Update: service goes from bad to worse. Today, they could not find my orders and turned me away, even though I called and confirmed just a couple days ago. I'm very frustrated with the time I keep wasting at this lab."

"Drove 30 minutes to get there to do blood work before surgery. Got there 3 minutes psst Which they never told me they closed and they would not let me in. Called customer service at labcorp and ask them. And they told me too bad drive somewhere else."

"Horrible system here. No actual person checks you in. Type your name on computer and wait to be called. Sitting here and noone is being called back. Obviously Providence Newberg hospital has subcontracted their routine labs to a subcontractor. Horrible customer service, but they don't r care, just a number to them"

"Very unprofessional. Rude. Told me I had to have an appointment which no one else had there. Gave me false phone numbers and was not helpful at all. Every time I go to providence I get treated like I’m not a patient they care about, but instead just s number, a being they can make money off of. I really do it recommend people going to providence! You won’t be heard or treated like a cared for person at all!!!"

"Came in after another place had difficulties getting a draw of blood. Staff was so kind and helpful and she got it on the first try! No pain and really quick. I was with them for maybe 5 minutes for multiple tests and there was very little wait with no appointment. Everyone was competent so the whole experience was smooth and easy."
