"Making an appointment with this group is difficult. Your put on hold and then get hung up on. The schedulers don't finish listening to what you have to say and just transfer you to someone else. They need a lot of work in listening skills."

"Have been a patient with this group for many years and find their customer service dismissive and obstructive. I have a pacemaker and am having some concerns that need checking out but can't get an appointment with a Nurse Practitioner (never mind a doctor) for three months. When I told the scheduler that I don't know if it's important, I might be dead by three months if it progresses. She told me to go to the ER. Is this treatment because I'm a senior and they don't think my life is important ?"
