"Waited 3 months for a new patient appointment, with Kovac that is supposed to provide gender affirming services. They called one day before my appointment to cancel and will not reschedule me until JUNE. I have already made it to the schedule, so why can't my appointment just be bumped up to the next available date for courtesy? This is ridiculous and extremely disrespectful for my schedule and I do not recommend wasting your time or patience on this facade of a drs office. Also, who the hell is only available on Saturdays? It's ridiculous and extremely inconvenient for folks who are not trying to play the long game in terms of getting the help they need. I would give zero stars if I could."

"I’m having a very hard time with this clinic. The staff is usually rude and they don’t give you all of the information. The doctor and the front desk do not communicate at all so I’ve been told one thing by my doctor and the front desk doesn’t honor it. I’ve had several referrals and only half of them have actually been put in- calling the clinic back to find out what went wrong is a nightmare and they’re rude about it. The pcp I am seeing basically waved off pulling my medical files from my last doctor and ignored a breast screening that stated I needed an ultrasound after a mammogram due to dense tissue. I was also refused to be seen for a back injury- they would not schedule an appointment for me to speak with my doctor saying I’d need to call back. They would not allow me to talk to an on call nurse for the issue either- I do not recommend this clinic unless it’s a last resort or you’re healthy."

"This review is mainly about psychiatry. The additional star is for my medical PCP, who I would separately rate 4 stars as she is friendly and I have no complaints thus far. G Street was the first that could get me in. I was really hopeful about this location being an "integrated health" clinic. It was after I brought up that I was unsatisfied with the degree of relief I was receiving from my pre-existing prescription from my last PCP that she decided to refer me instead to the psychiatrist upstairs. I figured my needs were getting a bit outside her scope, so I thought it was fair she'd recommend someone more specialized. I wish I never followed up on that referral. In 20 years of mental health treatment, I have never felt so invalidated, small, and hopeless. I actually started crying when I got back in my car. Unless you like the authoritarian type with outdated opinions, save yourself the time and hassle and find a provider who will spend more than 30 minutes with you or at least actually assess you thoroughly before pigeonholing you into one of the diagnoses he actually treats, taking you off the only medication that has ever worked for you, and prescribing heavy duty medication for something you may not even have. I wanted to give it a shot as anything that may make me feel better I will try once, but it just numbed me out and apparently may even conflict with my birth control which I wasn't informed about until I called the pharmacy about the warning on the bottle. Everyone I've told the full story to is more appalled than I am, and the other reviews online don't surprise me. I was told by a friend who lives nearby that he is known in the community to be problematic and the clinic will retaliate if you complain about him. Hopefully I've been anonymous enough with the details that I won't be dismissed as a medical patient for trying to let others know that there are less ignorant and more supportive psychiatric providers out there. I thought taking an integrated approach to health would be a good sign, but now at the recommendation of my therapist I'm with Betts Psychiatric. They spent a whopping 90 minutes doing a thorough assessment, agreed I was misdiagnosed, and this time I left crying tears of relief and happiness instead with how listened to I felt and the most successful medication regiment I've ever had. Renewed my dwindling faith in psychiatry."

"Dr. Michelle L. Kaplan is my physician at G Street Integrated Health. She's great! She has a straight forward way of giving information and praise that I enjoy. She has a good sense of humor too. She's the best physician I have ever had."

"Where do I start… First off they didn’t notify me that my doctor had left the facility and that I was needing a new doctor until I had come in for urgent care. Second off I came in and due to pain in my breasts, random doctor did a cancer screening told me I was fine, and that I would have to tolerate the pain. Shortly after the pain was so bad that I saw a different Doctor Who at the very least had a few recommendations that immediately helped the pain go away. After a different appointment, I was told by two different employees that the doctor was going to call me back and answer the questions I had, dr. never called, so when I called the facility with my unanswered questions, they told me doctors don’t the call patients ? A nurse tried to answer my questions, but pretty much left me confused with even more questions.. Currently looking for a new doctors office."
