"zero stars. The phone number goes straight to voicemail. a voice says hello then there is a beep. thats it . GARBAGE place... GARBAGE!!!!"
"Would actually like to give 0 stars. Multiple visits have amounted to nothing on numerous occasions. 4 reschedules from a single doc. Told to find another by primary for no reason. April apparently does not like certain patients. Having difficulty’s with multiple conditions makes it difficult to ask for help when your entire team does not want to help you. Diagnosed with something that should be life changing and you’d expect your team to have your back. NOT HERE! Not even talking to administration helped. They did not even formally take the meeting into any sort of recordable anything. Just pulled me into a back conference room and let me say why I contacted them! No change. They are not worth the insurance or time! My personal primary will not do anything about the on going issues. On top of that they run you around. I can not tell you how many appointments I’ve set up or people I’ve seen to have nothing done about anything! My employer even mentioned the symptoms and wrote a letter to them which was faxed, still NOTHING! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! I HATE KEIZER AND IM STARTING TO SEE THEM AS A BETTER OPTION!"
"I wish I could rate them lower because I think this company is scum even for a parasitic soulless sleazy insurance company. My doctor told them I needed a hospital bed and a wheel chair and wrote out a prescription, but apparently that was not good enough for them, they want a detailed report as to why I cant use extra pillows or a walker so now my doctors word is not good enough for them on its own, they now want my doctor to jump through extra hoops because you know, people and their doctors are known for conspiring with one another for hospital beds and wheelchairs, seriously, words like scum and trash are too good for this company. Avoid them if you can!"
"This the worst medical insurance. They don't want to cover anything. Every time you turn around a prescription needs a prior authorization or they don't cover it at all. I can't tell you how many times I've had to fight for prescriptions I was already on or needed in the 10 years I've been with this group. To go with another managed care under ohp I will have to change Drs too. And that's okay because I need to find another Dr. Not under WVCH. If you can stay away from this place do so."
"For someone who needs an echocardiogram as well as a heart stress test, this insurance company requires that the tests must be scheduled on separate days so they can get more money. This is a burden on patients who have to take time and travel twice to the medical office. It is not even possible to have an echo the same day as the doctor consult. This policy is across the board: only one issue per doctor visit. Also, 99% of staff are condescending, mistake ridden and ill-informed."
