"Great place, love the staff and the doctor's."

"Don't let the stars fool you. The staff was great and it was a short visit. The problem was the way my payment transaction was handled. They accept Cash, Credit or Check/Money order. I do not recommend using a debit card if you are living paycheck to paycheck. The amount was initially deducted from my bank account but due to a limited amount of card transactions they do not run them daily. This led to the hold on my funds being lifted and the amount returned to my available balance which went unnoticed even though I frequently use my bank's smartphone app and website to monitor my account history. I was overdrawn to the tune of one weeks pay overnight. it had been two full weeks since my visit and I was beside myself."

"Have to wait on the phone for way too much time and they offer online scheduling and we never heard back after two days. Then I'm on hold again! Said they are short staffed and could not find him on the "secure' email anytime day or night system."

"Not having insurance I called ahead to see how much a visit would cost to see if I had strep throat. I was informed over the phone that it would likely be $60 to $70 but they require a $120 deposit for people who pay cash and a refund would likely be issued should it be a simple visit and not require a bunch of tests or anything. I went down and after filling out the new patient form had a 5 minute visit with the doctor where they told me it was simply a mouth sore and would go away after three or four days. No tests or anything. Literally a 5 minute visit. After a couple of weeks I didn't receive a refund but instead a bill for an additional $5. I called billing information and the lady on the phone was helpful but informed me that their minimum charge is $120 and what I was told must have been a mistake. She didn't know why I was told it would likely be $60 to $70. If I had been told that it would be a MINIMUM charge of $120 up front I would not have a complaint because I would have gone somewhere else. I had been calling around checking prices and went here because of what I was told. The service was fine but being told one thing over the phone and receiving something else in the mail was a shock and is not good business. Simply be aware that A. what they say over the phone may not be accurate and B. unless you record your phone calls there is no record of what is said and the bill will fall on you."
