"This is going to be long, but I’m not sorry. These folks deserve to be celebrated. Quick background- my daughter had a major surgery in 2020 and now has extreme anxiety in any Dr office. She has needed a crown put on and this was the 2nd or 3rd visit to attempt to get it done. My daughter would panic, tense up, cry and refuse to cooperate. I didn’t want her forced and the staff there agreed so they sent us home with the a nose piece to get used to at home. It’s the what the nitrous is administered through. Fast forward 3 months to this most recent apt to get this taken care of. I am not sure if it was intentional just for her because they are so thoughtful and remembered her anxiety, but they gave us a private room, no other patients around. Made a huge different I think. The assistant was so sweet, listened to me, talked my daughter through everything, conversed with her to put her at ease…the works. Kiddo was nervous but the staff were gentle, patient and understanding. Dr. Jay talked to her by praising her for how brave she was and encouraged her throughout the whole procedure. I was blown away. I can’t sing their praises enough, I wish I would have gotten all their names. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! You guys really set the standard for pediatric care."
"All three of our kids go see Dr Jay at Pediatric Dental Associates. It’s crazy to say but they look forward to their appointments and ask when they get to go back. They have tvs above each chair and they get to choose what they watch during their cleaning and exams which is a helpful distraction. The entire office is decorated beautifully and catches the kiddos eyes. All of their staff are fabulous. We can’t rave enough about our experience here."
