"Never seem to answer the phone! Called over ten times to figure out what time my appointment was and can't get a call back or anyone to answer its really frustrating. I've left messages in the past and never get a call back seriously should consider getting more receptionists or someone capable of answering the phone and returning calls"
"I have been calling all day long and not once have they answered my call.. it’s frustrating!"
"They won't answer the phone or return my calls. Also my benefits aren't getting loaded. In the past, workers were very helpful and kind. Lately I can't ever get a hold of anyone, I've been to many offices over the last decade and there's never been a moment that it's so busy no one can answer the phone or call back within minutes. Whoever manages this office might want to see what's the heck the receptionists are up to throughout the day, because it doesn't seem to be their job."
"Never able to schedule an appointment that worked for myself and our family postpartum. Told several people that them calling whenever was convenient for them did not work for our family of 5. Between school, work, sports, doctors appointments, and a newborn etc. Appointments needed to be scheduled. They continued to call for "appointments" without ever confirming the time or day with me. Finally told them to remove us from the program as it is more stress than it's worth for us atm. Just recieved a letter stating my benefits were ending, and the reason they gave..... I did not keep scheduled appointments! Lol. Extreamly frustrating"
"Had a phone call appointment and no one called at the scheduled time to renew my formula assistance. Been calling for 2 weeks now and no one answers the phone. I've left many, many messages and everything and it seems that whoever's working there now just abandons the office all day or something."
