"If you are considering going to this clinic for any medical care, don’t. Completely incompetent medical assistants, physicians assistants & doctors. I asked to speak to the practice manager/supervisor & was given to a “lead” medical assistant instead (Taylor) and was not told she was JUST a medical assistant, AFTER we tried to explain to her that being told that my husband “may need testicular surgery” due to extreme pain after a vasectomy that one of their doctors performed on him, that he can just wait 3 weeks to see one of the doctor even though he’s in pain! Absolutely ridiculous. I have never experienced such dismissive & rude behavior before at a clinic. We will be going elsewhere for a urologist to find out what one of those doctors did to his testes."
