"The people here are very friendly however, the sleep studies need some real work. My bf got an at home sleep test (most affordable and made the most sense) and when we were setting it up, everything seemed dated and almost like it was falling apart. We had a hard time getting the machine to be in that perfect spot so no sensors were going off. We got the results and they said he only had 3.5 events per hour which we thought was strange because of his issues and were dissappinted that we didn’t get a fix. We found an online company that sent us an at home sleep test and after taking it they found he had TWENTY events per hour. That’s a huge difference and if we wouldn’t have looked for other help he would still be having sleep issues. Their sleep studies definitely need some upgrades and I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you want to spend $2000+ just to find out their sleep tests are NOT accurate! Not to mention their billing was a nightmare! They told him different prices than what we were actually charged, and they had him pay up front for a portion of the bill and then did NOT apply it to the bill. He had to call and ask them to apply his money to the charges?? Place needs some work"
"I was worried over the negative reviews and almost cancelled my appt. But I went to check things out for myself (prepping to leave and cancel if things didn't meet my OCD criteria) and the negative reviews proved false. This facility is perfectly fine. I don't know if they upgraded things since the last negative review or not, but the rooms were nice, modern, clean, and quiet. I'm an EXTREMELY sensitive sleeper and this place passed muster. It was NOT loud. There's very minor highway white noise and occasionally a distant (and quiet) train whistle. But they can still provide you a fan or white noise machine on top of that. You don't hear any other rooms through your walls or other TVs, chatter, etc. Again--- I'm insanely OCD and sensitive about sleep noise + temperature and this place was totally fine. If it's good enough for me, that speaks volumes. I do recommend bringing your own pillow since theirs aren't great. And the bed and blankets (while adequate) weren't supremely comfy."
"Alex was awesome. He helped me set everything up and was very good at explaining what to look for and how to get the rest set up before bed. He was very thorough but also I was in and out of there very fast."
"Space felt unclean and was noisy. The receptionist had a snarky attitude and acted as if I should somehow know exactly how everything was done and billed even though I had never had a sleep study before in my life. Samaritan, I expect better from you both in terms of facilities and staffing. I'd go out of my way not to return here even if it meant paying out of pocket for a sleep study in the future."
"Assumed being a “sleep” center it would be a lot more quiet. Bed was very un comfortable and blankets are as “clinical” as anything I’ve seen. More like emergency room covers really. Was not impressed"
