"Exceptionally poor customer service. Really exceptional. At a poorly managed McDonalds I might expect a teenager with a bad attitude to blame the person ordering for their own mistakes, but I would expect slightly better from an adult at a health care clinic. Not so. Very similar feel."

"I was referred to them after an on the job injury. It took over 3 weeks to get the appointment. I met with Pam Cotton. She was extremely rude and condescending towards me and to my sister who was with me. She informed me when she came into the room that she had already looked at the other dr’s notes and X-rays that had been done and told me point blank that SAIF was going to deny my claim due to what she saw.. How would she even know that????? She never even gave me a examination… I asked to have an MRI done of my shoulder or could I get a second opinion and she said “that since SAIF will deny your claim any further treatment that you want to have done you will need to pay out of your own pocket or see if your private insurance will cover it.. I left in tears…. My advise is that if you can go somewhere else for anything DO NOT GO THERE…My experience there was terrible."
