"I've been going to this doctor's office for 9 years. Recently my PCP quit and I was not aware until the 8th of this month when I called to schedule an appointment. I had seen him before he quit while the office was newly under praxis health but they sent me to someone's voicemail who was supposed to help with with my next step aanndd, no response. I tried to go another route and request for new patient with praxis health (the new management is why my doctor quit), they told me they were not accepting "new patients". The letter I received March 14th (I didn't realize I had earlier or I'd have handled earlier, but I was still well within my means) said if I had any immediate needs within 30 days of the letter, they'd ensure I was cared for. I called on the 8th. Tried again on the 12th. I have an infection I needed seen, meds refilled, and I'm due for my labs.. and instead I was ignored, then flat out refused. It's now past 30 days, I've called many clinics in the area, most who are not accepting patients either, and got seriously screwed. It's clear praxis health doesn't care about it's employees or people's health. No honor, I'd very much not recommend, they'll probably just screw you over too"
"Had a good endocrinologist there for about 6 years. I liked her but communication with the office staff has always been poor and extremely frustrating. I usually get the receptionist Katie, when in rare instances she actually answers the phone, she is cold and frequently rude. On the other hand, if and when I would get a call back from my doctors assistant, she was always helpful and pleasant. The business has worsened the last 2 years...cant get a reply through the portal that used to work better than leaving voicemails, and they never get my lab results. Ever. I have to print them and carry them to the office on my own. I had learned how to navigate the issues in the office to continue my care over the years but it's always been a frustrating battle. Then, I called to request some blood work today as I do PRN, and found out my doctor left a month ago and I was never informed. Rudely, by Katie, told i got a letter informing me of this. Well, i wouldnt be asking her for blood work and especially having to talk to Katie if I knew my provider was gone! She then told me to follow up with my Pmd, who has no desire or ability to manage my disease, which I why I see a specialist there. And no other option was given to follow my doc or see another specialist. I am so disappointed in that clinic and have been for so long. They have long needed to get their act together. I dont recommend this clinic at all."
"The physician's building group has a great Pharmacy and great staff and great doctors. I've been going here for 2 years and have had no bad experiences even through the covid they've worked to make sure that their customers are treated with fairness and respect and given good healthcare. My urge people to look past those drugs seeking or otherwise irate customers who use reviews to slander doctors and health professionals because they don't get their own way. Dr Mary Miller & Dr Guha are not only great doctors but they're the ones that I trust my family to.. I wholly recommend giving these professional the chance to help you."
"I try to avoid writing negative reviews if I can, so bear with me. I've been a patient of Dr. Radhakrishnan's for several years now. When I do actually have the opportunity to work with her she is very compassionate, understanding, and educating. An absolute pleasure throughout my thyroid cancer diagnosis, going so far as to provide me her direct phone number. Her staff, however, has been nothing short of a nightmare. Echoing nearly every review I've seen, her scheduler Katie has been a genuine displeasure to work with. Every interaction is treated as indifferent at very best, all the way down to openly unwelcome even when asking the most general questions. This is, of course, WHEN you can get ahold of her, as attempting to reach her results in the phone being set to only being able to leave a voicemail almost 100% of the time. Calls are rarely returned. I've asked Salem Hospital and my insurance company to reach out on my behalf when I was making weekly (unteturned) calls, only to be told similar results. I've lost count of the number of times I have been told that all that is needed to move forward is something being submitted by PBG. I'm beginning to wonder if the scans I needed done and the treatment I need have taken this long to arrange (since September! A scan and treatment! Six months!) because her staff simply does not communicate with her. Every time Dr. Radhakrishnan would need to authorize a refill of medication I only should have been on for one month at most, she would call me directly sounding bewildered as to why I have not gone through with my appointments yet. Concerning, to say the least. Look elsewhere."
"Not impressed. I didn't like my doc's indifferent attitude. Which was a surprise since the nurses praised her. After a few appointments, I'd had enough and requested a different doctor within the group. Would you believe it's against policy , and they refused my request. I've never heard of such a thing. I was glad when I switched insurance providers. The one plus? It's proximity to my home."
