"I read all the bad reviews from the past and I was very concerned, however they were amazing. The office staff was polite, helpful, kind, and just a pleasure to meet. The doctor was professional, polite, and genuinely caring. P.S. I noticed a lot of posts complained about fees but there is generally a set fee for certain procedures and if you had to pay for them that is an insurance problem, not a doctor's office issue. Just saying. Anyway in my opinion, I would definitely give these folks a try cause they really are great!"

"This place is awful!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I am a former patient few years ago. This place is not the same!!! Terrible experience on the phone trying to schedule an appointment. First person one gets on the phone puts me on hold twice. She was at least nice. Then a Kelly gets on the phone and ask if I need help after I had given all my information to person one. I asked what happen to her. Kelly says shes new. Then Kelly puts me on hold in the middle of me asking what is going on. I just wanted to schedule an appointment. After being on hold ....Then the rudest one of all person three , Sherry ask can I help you. She could care less and starts complaining she is slammed! Are you kidding me! ugh! I just wanted to schedule an appt. She must be in charge of the entire place, she did not care to run off patients. This is the worst bunch of office help!! Wow has this place gone down hill! Hire some nice help Dr Ashdown! What a shame!"

"Terrible experience. They want to charge a dollar for a mask that is not even an n95 mask. They want you to sign to agree to pay out of pocket for procedures that you are not there to be seen for. The logic of having to pay for supplies like masks and gloves that should be considered the cost of doing business for the practice is insane. I’m sure the Dr. is a train wreck simply based on his front office staff and policies. Clearly some integrity issues."

"Dr. Brian Ashdown was an absolute gentleman, professional in his actions and was able to clear two ingrown toenails without numbing and yet I felt no pain. Communicated everything clearly, have recommendations of what we may need to do if the problem persists, advised me on topical antiseptics and was done with the whole process in less than 20 minutes! Staff were polite and courteous, walked me step by step through all potential billings, and advised about whether or not I'd have a copay or any potential charges for clipping etc. I was initially worried when I first started reading the reviews when I looked up how to get here on the day of my appointment, however; they're building is in great shape and the interior is nice! Minimalistic, but well kept and no traces of mold or any unpleasant smells. 6/5 would definitely recommend him to anyone!"
