"Booked a video visit for 12:15. Received a text at 12:15 that the provider was running 5 min late, no problem! 20 minutes after scheduled appointment time, still waiting so I had to cancel to go to a meeting at work. Usually have great service here so a bit disappointed since I had to rearrange a few things in my day to fit this in."

"Great experience and would definitely recommend. Clean, prompt and the staff is only focused on taking care of you during your appointment. With only two waiting room chairs and good scheduling, it doesn’t feel crowded or intrusive either. Riccara Wright was great, considered alternative diagnoses and asked what my objective was of the appointment. Was nice to not just be written off or ignored, and to be given treatment options."

"I was so impressed with the quality of care that I received today! Nathan the P.A. provided excellent care and Jesse at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The best thing about this clinic is that you can book an appointment online. They got me in at my scheduled time and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Nathan is a great provider, listens well and prescribed what I needed to get better. I had previously used another urgent care clinic near my home in Thurston. They do not allow you to make appointments and the wait time can be 1-3 hours. If you want great care from a compassionate provider and not have to wait for hours in a waiting room full of sick people, this is your place!"

"I am more than impressed with my visit. You walk into a bright, happy clean waiting area. The staff are SO friendly. They chatted with me while I was waiting and made 5 minutes seem like a few seconds. The exam room had a beautiful wallpaper that will make any plant or nature lover smile. Atleast the room I was in. The doctor was so friendly and took her time and addressed my concerns. Best part? I made an appointment and was seen within two hours of calling, arrived at 4:10 and was talking to the doctor by 4:18. For urgent care this is INCREDIBLE. I normally have to wait hours in a lobby, bored out of my mind! Which drives my adhd up a wall!!!! Way to go zoomcare! A system that works and staff that make the patient feel like they are really being taken care of. I will always come here now. Thank you so much!!!"

"I was in and out quickly, the staff was phenomenal and it cost the same as a copay at my PCP. Super friendly staff from beginning to end AND I was able to get the medication I needed right on-site! Didn’t have to wait in the long lines at the pharmacy. Highly recommend."
