Urgent Care

"I regret coming to this urgent care clinic. I brought my son in on Saturday at 2pm for possible broken thumb. The intake process was quick and we were able to get the x-rays taken fairly quick. I have no complaints with the front desk staff/nurse/doctor and satisfied with their level of service. HOWEVER, it's Monday morning and we still do not have the results of the x-rays. We followed up Saturday evening, Sunday evening, and Monday morning. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this urgent care clinic's radiology department to get timely x-ray results."

"Staff is rude, misinformed, and hung up on me when I called to make an appointment. They tell patients one thing, then tell you something completely different the next day. This isn't the first poor experience I've had with this location."

"Came in with active chest pain & pressure & they ordered an EKG then forgot about me then had me wait even longer. As I sat & proceeded to get left arm pain & lightheadedness. Going in 3 hours."

"Came in lady said 1 person ahead of you. 50 minutes later nothing. I'm here for my gallbladder. Nobody has looked at me at all. Except for bp. Which has nothing to do with your gallbladder. I do not recommend here. I received no help."

"The service was nice and the doctor and male nurse were very professional and to the point. We got in and got seen in a timely manner, and they let us stay a little over closing time while we waited for our ride to show up."
