"I called this clinic on behalf of my husband who was running 15 minutes late to his 5 p.m. very-needed appointment. They didn’t answer the phone. Instead I was forced to listen to 10 minutes of messaging about the website portal and other extraneous recorded medical tips while waiting for the receptionist to answer until then being automatically transferred to voicemail where I left a message. No one ever picked up the phone. My husband arrived 14 minutes late and was promptly told they had a 7 minute limit for latecomers and that his appointment, which he made several weeks ago, was cancelled. We are new to Eugene and are very disappointed that they would not answer the phone, then put his health at risk by turning him away. We won’t be recommending this practice."

"Dr Tanya was amazing and I feel like she went above and beyond with my care. She is the first doctor I feel like actually listens to me and understands my concerns. I have also seen Mallory and she was also amazing! Switching my 2 kiddos here because I feel like doctors at Oregon medical group have really let me down over the past 3 years.. they have canceled appointments last min on me and have a poor attitude with my concerns for my kids.
