"I do not know whether it's the Doctor's truthfully not caring or they are under way more restrictions with it being an urgent care clinic, but they show a blatant disregard and superiority complex. The mid valley children's clinic cannot always see kids when they become sick since they are so busy. When this happens they Ask that you take the child to the urgent care clinic. I have taken my kids to this particular urgent curriclinix 3 different times. Each time for a cough or sinus looking infection that has lasted for more than 3 weeks. Each time I am told that it is a viral infection and not a bacterial infection so antibiotics won't work. I am well aware that antibiotics do not work on viral infections. My issue is that they are misdiagnosing a bacterial infection for a viral infection. Bacterial infections last longer and do not go away without assistance. But every time I try to argue it is a bacterial infection I am made to feel like I am somehow inferior and an absolute moron for being a biologist and not a 'medical professional that knows what they're doing'. And so I am forced to take my kids home where they suffer for longer. And thus I end up waiting the extra 2-3 weeks it is to finally get a appointment at the midvalley children's clinic. Where they're regular Doctor immediately prescribes antibiotics and they get better. Why will the doctors at this urgent care clinic not listen to simple logical facts? At this point I'm terrified to even go to this clinic because I worry that if I argue, even politely, that I will somehow be labeled as munchausens or something worse. I don't bring my kids into the Doctor unless they are legitly sick. An urgent care clinic is not supposed to make you feel scared to ask for assistance with making your kids healthy again! But now that is where I stand with this clinic. If my daughter is running a fever of over a 100° I legitimately have to try to manage it as best I can at the house while telling her that she has to wait 4 weeks to see mid valley children's clinic. Because I can't take her to the urgent care just down the street for fear of them not helping her!!!!!!!!!"
"Pretty severe pain due to my ruptured disc and sciatica, I have records of MRI and several other doctors in my hometown. I had a terrible flare up couldn't walk straight hurt to move. Dr sheer says stretch and take Tylenol Aint no Tylenol gonna touch this pal. Look at my MyChart you fake judgmental prick. Do a better analysis I even brought paperwork to prove it teach ur children to judge people without knowing them horrible experience. Still in pain all day all night pisses me right off."
"I walked in at 7:30pm and was told I can’t be seen due to them not having “anymore appointments”… not only was the front desk very rude, this is called a WALK-IN clinic… I would call my PCP if I was trying to schedule an appointment. It sounds like staff cares more about leaving right at 8pm rather than helping sick people. I will never return and I suggest avoiding this place since the front desk staff shows no compassion. I would rate it 0 stars if I could. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE."
"Not sure what to say, except maybe give people an idea of how long the wait will be, that is helpful. Saw a family with a sick toddler and they took so many people before this family, even though they were here before the majority of people. On top of it, others were called back and they do not seem to have any order. Pretty frustrating, when you're sick you don't want to goes hope long your wait is, but if you go to urgent care, you're looking at a good 2-4 hours, if you really want to be seen. The ER is the same, so not a big help either way. I came in when they opened an sat for over 2 hours before getting called back, that doesn't mean I was seen directly either. So, if you can make an appointment with your doctor, do that instead. The Urgent Care is joke, don't go if it is URGENT!!"
"Front desk and nursing staff was kind and helpful. Dr Neal was dismissive and a waste of time. Presented with over a month of severe pain, limping, and inability to perform basic life tasks and was told to continue a lower dose of ibuprofen (that did not touch the pain) and watch YouTube videos or stretches and wait for an appointment months down the line. Don't sit for a long time but also don't lay down or walk or bend down and lift. I know for a fact you can refer patiences to the ER for imaging. He told us they wouldn't do it and left the room without a goodbye. Constantly misgendered our primary care physician. I left in tears."
