Dr. Norton is the kindest, most gentle provider I’ve ever seen in my life. I just had to leave a review. I came in with bad anxiety over a medical issue and the second she walked into the room I felt immediately at ease. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."

"I was not expecting much from this place—how great can an “urgent care chain” be—but the experience blew me away. The facility was clean; the staff was kind, quick, respectful, and thorough. I was in and out in 15 minutes, but did not feel rushed, and the NP encouraged me to come back if the medication she gave me didn’t work or I continued having symptoms.. Speaking of the medication—I didn’t even have to go to a pharmacy to get it! They had it right there behind the counter! Phenomenal. With my insurance, the whole visit was only $48. I’ve spent three times that at other urgent care places, for the same problem I came in with today. Of particular note, apparently the lab test I got only cost me $3. I will definitely be back for any future urgent care needs. Thank you for the exceptional service today!"

"The nurse practitioner I saw named Jennifer was patronizing, condescending, dismissive. She scoffed, laughed at, rolled her eyes and made facial expressions about what I said was going on with my health concerns. She cut the appointment off when I relayed other concerning symptoms related to my case. She said that we could only address one concern per visit, and I would have to schedule another appointment, even though it was simply an additional symptom about a common issue. She made judgments and assumptions about my primary care doctor, who had directed me to go to urgent care based on my symptoms. It was hands-down one of the worst medical experiences I had ever had. She even engaged in victim shaming. Sure they get you in quick but there was such a level of unprofessional conduct and absolutely no care of the patient."

"I schedule online, but my check in was like 20 seconds and then I waited for my room for like 2 minutes and a provider came in almost immediately. Was very thorough and kind. She was fantastic and tested for anything it could be, wrote a note for school. And did not overprescribe anything “just in case”. Really appreciate the quality of staff and work and how quick and thorough the visit was. Went in for regular illness (cold/flu/covid)"
