"DOES NOT BILL AS URGENT CARE - You will need a referral if you don't want to be charged in full. Charged $308 to wait outside in the cold, to deal with a rude receptionist, and then another 45 min wait to be seen."
"Several docs + a neurosurgeon in a different town finally gave me a MRI after not believing me, they was in awe you do what you do and you're disc collapsed and have scatia missing bone they said immediate surgery is needed. I went to two urgent cares in Albany both said stretch and ib profen stretchin makes pain worse I brought my paper work from other docs to these places here but there big egos didn't even look at it they asked me if I was on anything several times I said no I would have gladly given clean ua horrible to quick to judge with they're fake egos proud of being judgmental egotistical i wouldn't be surprised if they all tell each other how wonderful they are this sundee at church. I really wish they could feel my pain I do labor work and push myself past my limits barely able to walk and for these people to tell me I'm in no pain can go straight to hell we don't need your kind of weak minded thinking here."
"Went in with my brother to get our ear infections checked out and there were only 3 people ahead of us and they proceeded to make us wait an hour and a half and didn’t even call us back. They decided to call back all the new patients who were arriving there after us to the back even though they clearly didn’t have an emergency. This place wasn’t very urgent."
"Well I appreciate being seen, I was recently in this office and instead of referring me to the hospital for a chest x-ray to see if I had bronchitis or a pneumonia they wrote my symptoms off. I came back for multiple visits in need of help tell I was sent for an x-ray weeks later. They did the same to my fiancé insisting there is "no magic pills for a cold" she instead left and went to Corvallis were they immediately took her care seriously and gave her a chest x-ray, She was diagnosed with a pneumonia. You guys need to do better... Your playing guessing games with people's health. I would highly suggest a different Urgent Care or the emergency room over this location."
"Absolutely worse. Called as soon as they opened and asked if this was the place to bring my 2 year old for stomach pain and coughing. They said they couldnt do anything over the phone, (duh), but to come in. So I did shortly after 9. 915a. I waited in the waiting lobby for about an hour before being called back. They opened at 9. We waited another 45 mins before I asked how long itd take. My son was clearly uncomfortable. He’d been Screaming and crying the whole time. The doctor introduced herself, said, theyd probably be sending him to the ER, proceeded to poke and pry at him for an abnormally long period of time just to not tell me what was discovered and send me to the ER anyway. Apparently they get nervous when its child patients with stomach pains and they send them to the ER anyway. Wish anyone in that office showed knowledge prior to us waiting an hour and a half with him crying, that the standard procedure is to send children to the ER. Wouldve saved the time and the trauma that my child had to go through. Dont go here."
