"Had an appointment scheduled for 1 weeks out then came time for appointment no call the day before like they said they do. I called to say I'd be 5mins late they said fine then when we got there they refused to see me and said I was late so leave"

"Asked about getting my contact prescription at another place before making the appointment to make sure I wouldn't have trouble getting my prescription. They didn't want to give it to me and then only gave me the glasses prescription without the contact information. Then months later sent me a bill for additional money for a standard eye exam after I paid my co-pay and insurance paid them. I feel like I've been scammed."

"Picked out frames, ordered my glasses on Nov 16th, 2018, and still have not recieved them as of 12/27/18. Was told by C. she sent them to me Nov 30th. She said they were sent to me via mail pickup at their office. No tracking number, so we have no idea where they are. Called numerous times, spoke with same person letting her know they still had not arrived. 12/26/18 She said the Dr said to wait a few more weeks to see if they come. I ask if they don't will I just basically be out of luck, no glasses, no refund from what I paid, or insurance paid. I ask will I be reimbursed for the 150. Frame allowance and my 25. CoPay, so I can purchase a pair from somewhere else? That's when the conversation got even more heated. The receptionist, I felt was very rude. Instead of saying, I'm so sorry, your glasses have never arrived, she went on saying, well this has never happened in the past, as if it were my fault and also telling me, after all THEIR office paid to have them shipped, not me, and I never ask them to get a tracking number, and besides, VSP doesnt hardly pay anything for their frames. Maybe 40-45 dollars. Again, I felt blaming me for the mix up. She than told me HER Dr would re-visit the topic in a few weeks. Well, I'm sorry, that's just not acceptable! After at least 6 phone calls to their office, no call backs, being spoke to like I was, 2 visits to our local Post Office to see if maybe the package was there, and it wasn't, I called the VSP insurance company to see what could be done. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone who works to serve their patients. Different times I guess. There used to be a old saying, the customer is always right..treat them with respect. Not in this case. I was a Patient there for 25 plus years, I will never return, nor refer anyone there."

"I went into them on May 16th. For new glass and was told I would get them in 7 to 10 days. Witch I didn't. A month later still no glass. Jun 13. They have poor customer service no one called to let me know. I had to call them ever week to see where my glass were. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. And the app took almost 2 hours. Like I said poor customer service."
