Reviews
"Dr. Malter is fantastic veterinarian. She is so efficient, knowledgeable, professional and very loving to our pets. She takes her time and explains everything. You never feel rushed under her care. We think the world of her."
"The whole staff exudes great care for the pet you take to them. Never before had I experienced a vet and assistant actually get down on the floor when tending to their client. Five stars well earned! My puppy even asked when we could go back for another visit."
"My dog had a special case and Dr. Malter was so accommodating and took extra time to explain all the details of her care. It was a bonus to find out she knew some of the staff at OSU where my dog had previously been seen. She was able to consult with the team there before surgery and I felt very reassured that my dog's care as well as caring for clients is of utmost priority."
"Great great better than the human doctors in Lincoln city Oregon."
"We were in the area staying at a local RV Park when our dog became sick. We called the clinic and got the answering machine. We waited all day for a call back, finally at 430pm a staff member returned our call, left a message informing us that the clinic is only seeing established patients and we would have to wait 6 weeks for our dog to be seen. Luckily, our dog started to get better and there was no need to bring her to a Vet. My complaint is that it took this clinic all day to inform us that our dog could not be seen."
