"Not only do they send you bills after you've already paid at the clinic but they don't call you to let you know your glasses are in. One time i setup an appointment and put it in my calendar at their front desk and when i showed up they said i didn't have one. I had taken time off for this appointment and they insisted that i never set it up when i know for sure i did. The docs are fine but their office management is very far below standards. At this rate they'll have a one star rating in no time. Don't waste your time here."
