"unfortunately, I was amongst the small percentage who doesn’t benefit much from TMS, but that shouldn’t discourage anyone from trying it out. I had a very positive experience here because the staff is the best I’ve ever had in the state of oregon. Ava and Fassil genuinely made a huge change in my life. They’re both super knowledgeable and greta at their jobs, but they offered something that I have rarely encountered in the mental health field: empathy and genuine care for patients. No mental health professional has ever validated my feelings in a believable way like they did. Hands down this is the ideal location for taking control of your health and being around people who actually care and listen. I will try another round of TMS someday if my wallet permits it, but Fassil and Ava gave me hope and I will always cherish the time I had there. Both of them deserve promotions and raises for the level of care and comfort they provide to their patients."
