"Ha . Not surprised at the less than 3 star rating after my experience today."
"My provider went out on medical leave and I have to wait 2 months to see him while almost in crisis. When I called their office, they said they “don’t let patients see other providers” even though mine is unavailable for months. How is this good or responsible care for mental health patients on meds? Do not recommend at all."
"Do not waste your time here. I've seen a few psychiatrists in my life and my doctor here was the worst I've seen. She was extremely dismissive and didn't listen to anything I said. I really wish I'd checked the reviews before making an appointment, because I wasted two and a half months with the doctor, and she didn't do a thing for me. Providence is also just not great with their mental health services. Avoid."
"I have been going here now for a few years now and feel it’s necessary to tell how it is. I don’t get the quality service like from other places I have been like OHSU. If I didn’t show up to an appointment they would call me after 30 min a well being check was issued by the police. If I didn’t arrive on time I was called asking if I am okay am I running late etc. OHSU had policies in place to make the client feel safe, know they care, & it’s what you do for mental health. This place could care less if you show up, have a question, or need assistance. I feel rushed every time I go see my doctor. She has no time for me, I could call or email and won’t get a response. I only go since it’s the insurance I have and I need the prescription I take to get refilled every so often."
"My family member attended the outpatient intensive psychiatry program and feels like himself again. He says he hasn't felt this good since he was 16 years old. Very valuable program! Thanks St. Vincent's!"
