There has been a turnover of doctors, for sure, but the staff has remained dedicated and has gone above and beyond for us on a few occasions. I appreciate that so much. Communication has been great and they've helped us navigate some insurance issues that were very confusing."

"Weather is perfectly fine. I get a message at 6:50am after taking the morning off from work stating due to inclement weather they are rescheduling me. Its raining. And of course I am well over due for the appointment I need but they have no concerns on resolving it until after the new year where I will have to take even more time off work."

"I wish I could give zero ratings. There is a high staff turnover, you never see the same people there. Today I showed up for my scheduled appointment to a woman putting a sign on the door that they were closed. I called the number on the sign and knocked on the door, the woman came out saying they called me and left a message that the doctor had an emergency and isn’t in the office. This is after they changed my appointment from 8:05am to 9:25am via a text message. I told her I have no calls or voicemails from them, she told me “sorry I call all my patients “! This is the second time the doctor had an emergency and canceled this particular appointment. I just think it’s highly unprofessional to “cancel” people’s appointments more than once and then not even call them!"

"It would be nice to have the staff follow through on what the doctors want. I am having to do extra leg work ensuring that I can get a referral to a GI Specialist and was told this had gone through nearly 2 weeks ago.... I called to schedule only to find out no references or referrals were put out. I called today after being told to expect a call back yesterday to check on the status only to be told the office closed early but it doesnt say that on the hours of operations. So now for more pain over the weekend because staff arent following through with doctors orders."
