"I attended my son's appt. today and had such a positive experience! Hear me when I say: I have run into my share of uneducated Doctors who could care less about the health of their patients. When I walked into Wilsonville ZoomCare and met with Dr. Reda Bassaly, it was a breath of fresh air!!! He was kind, caring, compassionate, very personable, and highly knowledgeable! He took time to evaluate my son thoroughly and was very clear when describing my options! This man is a Godsend! Thank you Dr. Bassaly, For all that you did for my son today, for giving me, as a mother, piece of mind, and for a few good laughs too! If every doctor was like you, this world would be a healthier happier place to live!"

"BE WARNED!! They will bill your insurance as a primary care visit. If you are out of network this will change the amount you are responsible for as typically out of network urgent care visits result in less of a copay on the part of the patient. Gave 2 stars because the billing department knocked off 50 dollars from my bill to try and soften the blow and the provider was kind."

"Fraudulent!! Be sure that they verify your insurance BEFORE your appointment. I got there and was told they couldn’t verify my insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket. When I told them I would wait, I was told I wouldn’t be charged. Well then they magically verified my insurance and charged $360. I called and “Katie” said I was charged for an appointment on another date ( I only had one appointment), I let her know that was incorrect. So basically this company was trying to charge for another appointment. It’s a mess! Be aware of medical facilities that ask for your Credit/debit card info to be on file before they ever see you!"

"Not sure why they are called zoom care… appointment only. Wouldn’t see my daughter with a broken arm crying. Really don’t see the point in being called zoom if you have to make an appointment. However providence was much better, she assisted me immediately."

"I need a medical test on short notice, and ZoomCare came through. I scheduled an appointment online and visited them the following day. The front desk and the nurse were very professional. I received my results online within twenty-four hours. I would go back."
